Sign in, review the data and records listed, and confirm deletion with your password or the code sent to your verified account email.

If you cannot sign in or have pending matters, you can submit your request by email. Include your account email address. Do not send passwords, authentication codes or identity documents in your first message.

Deletion ends account access and removes profile data, favourites, alerts and preferences. Some transaction records and documents may need to be retained for legal obligations or claims. You can request details about retained data, the reason and the retention period applicable to your case.
