How we use cookies and local storage on your device

Cookies are small text files stored on your device when you visit our website. We use cookies and local storage (localStorage) to ensure the proper functioning of the platform, improve your experience and analyze our services performance.

By continuing to browse the platform without changing your settings, you accept the use of strictly necessary cookies. Optional cookies require your explicit consent, which you can manage at any time through the cookie banner or your browser settings.

Cookie and storage categories

Strictly necessary

Always active

Ensure the platform’s basic operation and whatever you expressly ask for: signed-in session, language, consent preferences, chosen market, lots you mark as favourites or for comparison, and the accessibility settings you switch on. Without them, those features do not work.

Cookies: leilosoc_session (24h), NEXT_LOCALE, leilosoc_market | localStorage: leilosoc_cookies, leilosoc_favourites, leilosoc_compare, leilosoc_a11y, leilosoc_a11y_lang, leilosoc_a11y_hidden

Functional

Optional

Remember what you did to save you steps: recently viewed lots (“pick up where you left off”) and your latest searches. They are only stored with your consent and are deleted when you withdraw it.

localStorage: leilosoc_recent_lots, leilosoc_recent_searches

Analytics

Optional

Help us understand how users interact with the platform. Our analytics is first-party, cookieless and anonymous (it does not identify the person) and is only activated with your consent.

Marketing

Optional

Used to display relevant ads on third-party platforms. Only activated with your explicit consent. Currently not active.

Third-party services

The platform integrates payment services (Stripe and PayPal) that may use their own cookies during the payment process. These cookies are managed by the respective privacy policies of those services and are only used when you initiate a payment.

For more information on how we handle your data, please see our Privacy Policy.

Manage your preferences

You can review or withdraw your consent at any time with the button below or the “Manage cookie preferences” link in the footer. Withdrawing “Functional” consent deletes the recently viewed lots and recent searches stored in your browser.
