RECHAPAL INSOLVENCY AUCTION FOR OVER 1 MILLION EUROS

The electronic auction for the insolvency of Rechapal SA (560/24.0T8LRA) is accepting bids until September 6, 2024, at this link.

The insolvent's liabilities consist of a complete and operational Industrial Unit for the Retreading and Recapping Sector. The assets are valued, in total, at 1,148,643.53 € (Base Value), with a Minimum Value of 997,920.00 €.

The 120 lots include an industrial property, movable goods, light passenger vehicles, and light and heavy goods vehicles.

The industrial warehouse (office and production areas) with yard is located in Alvaiázere, Leiria. According to property documentation, the property has a total area of 9,577.00 m² and a covered area of 4,619.00 m². Its Base Value is 1,004,823.53 € and the respective Minimum Value is 854,100.00 €. Bidding starts at 700,000.00 €.

These properties benefit from an exemption from the Municipal Tax on Onerous Property Transfers (IMT) and Stamp Duty, under Article 270, paragraphs 1 and 2 of the Insolvency and Business Recovery Code (CIRE).

There are over 100 lots of machines and equipment for retreading and recapping. Specifically:

• Stripping cabin and tire and tire vulcanization presses;
• Tire inspection equipment, air chamber placement, repair, and bonding equipment;
• Extruders, trimmer, autoclaves, scraping line, and cyclones;
• Stocks of raw materials, finished and unfinished products.

These movable goods are valued, as a whole, at 132,820.00 € (Base Value). Therefore, they can be bid on individually (lot by lot) or as a whole.

The light passenger vehicles and light and heavy goods vehicles are available to receive offers lot by lot. The brands on sale include, for example, IVECO, Mitsubishi, Volvo, DAF, and Toyota.
