IN-PERSON AUCTION - WHAT IS IT?

In-Person Auction involves the development of procedures aimed at the public sale of movable and immovable assets to the bidder offering the best price, the highest bid in a Public Auction.

The auction location is advertised in the auction area. It usually takes place in a hotel or at the Insolvency Estate's premises.

To participate in the In-Person Auction, you must pay a deposit of € 5,000.00. This deposit, which is not a cost, will be paid by cheque, made out to LEILOSOC® Worldwide at the time of registration, or by bank transfer. The deposit will be refunded to the prospective buyer, upon request, by providing proof that they did not win any lot or that they have already paid the down payment for the Purchase and Sale Promise Contract for the lot(s) won.

On the day of the auction, you must register with the LEILOSOC® Worldwide staff present at the auction. Registration incurs no cost to the prospective buyer.

Attendance at the auction is recommended. However, it is possible to place your bids via telephone through LEILOSOC® Worldwide staff. To bid by telephone, you must contact LEILOSOC® Worldwide in advance and complete all necessary formalities for this purpose.
