LEILOSOC® holds NURI In-Person Auction

LEILOSOC® will hold an in-person auction of NURI's insolvency on October 13 at 2:30 PM, at Cidnay, in Santo Tirso.

The insolvent estate's liabilities consist of the industrial warehouse and its contents, with a minimum price set at 4,036,715.00 €.

Located 8 minutes from the center of Santo Tirso, the warehouse is situated in an expanding Business Park (+36 hectares) where various relevant industries and multinationals are based.

The company operated as a manufacturer of sports socks and worked with various international brands.

The contents comprising the textile activity consist of +200 circular knitting machines, textile and industrial machinery and equipment, stock with 50,000 kg of yarn, and light commercial vehicles.

Registration and Pre-Bidding

Investors can make pre-bids on the auction page, between October 9 and 12, at 2:30 PM. Pre-bids allow interested parties to make offers of interest prior to the start of the In-Person Auction.
