A Prior Information Request (PIP) was made in September 2023. In this regard, it is possible to consult the general lines of the development that can be installed on the land. Thus, the developed concept focuses on the categories of hospitality and permanent housing, and combines the features of a hotel unit.

In summary, the submitted PIP contemplates a building for a hotel with 7 floors. Specifically, 4 are at the road level and 3 more below it. This corresponds to the morphology of the land, according to its geometric configuration, on a slope.

Furthermore, work is underway with the Municipal Interest Projects Office of the Sesimbra City Council. The objective is to implement an apart-hotel and 9 high-segment houses.

In addition, it is worth noting that the local classification of the Municipal Master Plan (PDM) is Tourism. The PDM is an indispensable legal instrument in the management of the municipal territory. In other words, it defines the strategic framework for the territorial development of the municipality. It is also a reference for the elaboration of the remaining municipal plans (Urban Plan and Detailed Plan).

Since the land is located at an elevated level, it has both sea and mountain views. As it is the first property of this typology with large dimensions visible upon leaving the village.

This urban building is positioned facing National Road 378, which connects Sesimbra to Lisbon. It is located 1 minute from Sesimbra beach.
