INSOLVENT CARRIER AT PUBLIC AUCTION FOR OVER 300,000

This Wednesday, July 3, 2024, the In-Person Auction of the insolvent carrier Edgar & Prieto Lda (349/23.4T8VFX) will take place. Starting at 2:30 PM, the event will be held at the Cartaxo Municipal Cultural Center (Rua 5 de Outubro, 2070-059 Cartaxo).

In summary, the movable assets up for sale correspond to vehicles, semi-trailers, and equipment, with a total valuation of 301,200.00 € (Base Value). The carrier's 216 Lots can be purchased individually (lot by lot).

Light and Heavy Vehicles

Investors will be able to bid on more than 130 light and heavy cargo vehicles, light passenger vehicles, and tractor trucks. Renault, Ford, Fiat, Iveco, DAF, Scania, Mercedes-Benz, Volvo, Peugeot, Volkswagen, MAN, Opel, and Mitsubishi are the 13 brands on sale.

Semi-trailers

More than 70 semi-trailers and 2 trailers (Pierre Trouillet) will also be auctioned. Specifically:

• 43 isothermal semi-trailers (Schmitz, Listrailer, Lecitrailer, Lamberet, Chereau, Krone, Carrier, Coder, Fliegl, and Leciberica);
• 27 tarpaulin semi-trailers (Lecitrailer, Van Hool, Samro, Schwarzmüller, Coder, and Riotrailer);
• 2 container semi-trailers (Fruehauf) and flatbed semi-trailers (Samro).

The remaining assets serve as support for the transport sector. These include workshop equipment, fuel tanks, forklifts, pallet jacks, and scrap. Finally, office equipment and IT hardware, as well as hospitality equipment, will be put up for sale.
