Bankrupt Costa Atlântica Real Estate Fund puts land up for electronic auction for €7.8 million
Six lots and dozens of houses from the bankrupt Costa Atlântica Real Estate Fund are being auctioned for 7.8 billion euros. The lots are located in the Leiria district and, according to Leilosoc (the responsible auctioneer), are “ideal for the construction of several luxury residential tourism developments”
