One of the country's oldest tire retreading companies has gone bankrupt. It is up for auction for 1 million
Founded in 1970, Rechapal entered a rapid decline in recent months: declared insolvent in February, seven weeks later its management was replaced by a judicial administrator, leading to liquidation.
