Commissions and costs
Before bidding, know exactly how much you will pay. Registering and viewing auctions are free: costs only apply when you buy.
Service commission
The selling price is increased by the commission for services provided by Leilosoc, paid by the buyer and subject to VAT at the legal rate in force.

The commission is calculated on the value of the winning bid. For example, for a movable asset awarded for 1,000 €, the commission is 100 €, plus VAT.
Payment deadlines
Properties
Within three days of the notification of the award, 10% of the price is paid as a deposit and initial payment, along with the commission. The remainder is paid at the deed, within 30 days.
Movable assets
Within three days of the notification of the award, the total price is paid, including applicable VAT, along with the commission. Collection is made within 10 days.
Other costs to consider
Vehicles: the costs of property registration are borne by the buyer, and collection is only authorized after the transfer of ownership.
Real estate: the buyer is responsible for taxes due on the purchase (such as IMT and Stamp Duty) and the costs of any bank financing, which must be communicated to us in advance.
Collection: the removal and transport of movable assets are the responsibility of the buyer.
Deposit: some auctions require a deposit to bid; the amount is indicated on the auction page and is refunded as soon as it is no longer needed.
Payment methods
Under Regulation No. 314/2018, regarding the prevention of money laundering and the financing of terrorism, you can pay by:
Multibanco;
Bank transfer, to the IBAN indicated in the award summary;
Cheque, made out to Isegoria Capital, S.A.;
Cash, only in amounts less than 3,000 € (Law No. 92/2017).
For purchases of value exceeding 15,000 €, it is mandatory to fill out the money laundering prevention form.
