33rd Edition of the JN | LEILOSOC® Cycling Grand Prix

The 33rd edition of the JN | LEILOSOC® Cycling Grand Prix runs until Sunday, September 1st. Since 2018, LEILOSOC® has been the main sponsor of this sporting event, organized by JN.

LEILOSOC®'s experience supporting national cycling initiatives in recent years has been enriching. We have believed in and supported the “Cycling Grand Prix” O JOGO | LEILOSOC®, JN | LEILOSOC® and Douro Internacional. This is why this sponsorship allows the LEILOSOC® brand to be close to people and their territories.

Certainly, this 33rd edition will provide yet another unique and admirable sporting experience. This Grand Prix is spread over eight days and will, once again, prioritize municipalities in the North and Center regions. The eight stages pass through Albergaria-a-Velha, Vila Nova de Gaia, Gondomar, Porto, Ovar, Guimarães, Viana do Castelo, Valongo and Maia. Thus, over 1,177.2 kilometers, cyclists and fans will follow another race from Alto Minho to Aveiro.

This edition features various terrains, fast stages (ideal for breakaways or sprint finishes) and, also, two mountain stages. The pelotons and athletes highlight, with every pedal stroke and race after race, values of resilience, perseverance and camaraderie. This is reflected in all the entities involved in the realization of this JN | LEILOSOC® Cycling Grand Prix.

Initiatives like this foster the national sporting tradition. Furthermore, they encourage athletes, teams, fans, municipalities and brands to continuously contribute to the growth of cycling. The evolution, both nationally and internationally, has been reflected in excellence races and unique spectacles.

Above all, it is worth highlighting the continuous support that JN has given to this sport. Another year with renewed stages to win the hearts of new fans. The collective will to make cycling an increasingly practiced and loved sport is easily recognized.
