By registering for the In-Person Auction, the interested party expressly declares that they know and accept the General Terms of Sale.

- Bids must be made clearly, aloud, and with the paddle clearly visible, so as not to raise any doubts.
Pre-Bids
The In-Person Auction is normally preceded, except in exceptional cases, by a Pre-Bidding period, which starts 7 days before the auction date and ends 24 hours before it.
To participate in pre-bids, you must complete the Pre-Registration for the Auction and pay the deposit of € 1,000.00. The Pre-Registration will be approved after sending the Proof of Payment.
If the deposit payment is made by cheque, it must be sent to the following address:
ISEGORIA CAPITAL, S.A. (LEILOSOC® Worldwide)
Attn: Finance Department
Rua D. João IV, 340

If the deposit payment is made by bank transfer, the respective transfer proof must be sent to the following email: [email protected], with the subject: Proc. (insert case number) // Insolvent (insert Insolvent's name) - Proof of Deposit Payment.
After sending the Proof of Deposit Payment, your Pre-Registration will be approved. Once approved, you can participate in pre-bids, as well as in the In-Person Auction.
It is important to remember that pre-bids do not guarantee the award of the assets, and we advise attending on the day of the auction to ensure your best bid!
