LEILOSOC® is holding tomorrow, May 19 at 2:30 PM, at Hotel Eurosol Leiria e Jardim, in Leiria, an In-Person Auction combining the insolvencies of Zimmermann Portugal Lda and Lookipi Lda.

The companies operated in the plastic packaging and metal molds sector, and the Auction will include the Totality of the Lots, consisting of an Industrial Warehouse and Sector Equipment, as well as the Totality of the Sector Equipment.

It is worth noting that the metalworking sector is experiencing exponential growth, with a 27.2% increase in exports in March, thus recording the best first quarter ever.

The Association of Portuguese Metalworking, Mechanical and Allied Industries (AIMMAP) states in a statement that “these results confirm and consolidate the sector's growth trajectory, in a year where the market continues to face a particularly challenging context, with high production costs, particularly regarding energy, an inflationary context and rising interest rates, and some uncertainty regarding the evolution of the global political and economic situation, namely the evolution of the war situation in Ukraine".

The Industrial Warehouse is located in the Casal da Lebre Industrial Zone in Marinha Grande, which can be an added value for any investor, as the Industrial Zone it is part of is equipped with sidewalks, a cycle path, stormwater drainage network, water supply network, domestic sewage network, gas distribution network, telecommunications, electrical installations network, public lighting and 57 lots designated for Industry, which will undoubtedly contribute to a future successful business.
